LEARN WHAT “POPUPS” ARE AND HOW THEY AFFECT RELATIONSHIPS

A loving relationship is one of the best things in the world. It can be a wonderful and fulfilling experience. However, it’s not that way for most people… Despite this potential, most people struggle in their intimate relationships. And then, relationships become a source of conflict and tension. This was true for me and my partner…

We tried so hard. We read John Gottman’s work, did the 8 dates, studied our love languages, and even worked on our attachment styles. But despite all these efforts, we still struggled. Our efforts were helping a little, but we still had lots of conflict and our future was not looking bright…

Then we uncovered that we had these “popups” and learned how they were affecting us. These popups were causing resentment, fights, and disconnection. I am confident we wouldn’t be together if we hadn’t figured this out. Now, we work together to release our popups and have grown deeper and deeper in love. Because this has helped us so much, we want to share our discovery with others.
